Life Ops Privacy Policy

Last updated: 24 October 2026

Life Ops is a private, single-user project operated by its account owner. This policy covers the dedicated Life Ops Google OAuth connection described on this site.

Google data accessed

With the owner's consent, the current pilot uses the calendar.events.readonly permission. Google's grant allows read-only access to events on all of the owner's calendars; the current Life Ops client calls only the primary calendar, requesting up to 20 events in the next seven days. It requests event ID, title, start and end time, status, and last update time. It does not request event descriptions, attendees, locations, attachments, Gmail, or Drive data.

Use and sharing

The data is used only for the owner's requested Calendar review. The current Google connection does not send event contents to an AI model, other users, advertisers, or data brokers. It does not sell Google user data. Google processes the API and OAuth requests needed to provide this connection.

Storage and retention

Event details are processed in temporary memory for the request and are not kept as a local event archive or sync cursor. The current one-shot pilot does not retain an OAuth refresh token or run on a schedule. Access to the local machine and its OAuth client file is restricted to the owner. A future persistent connection would require updated disclosures before it is enabled.

Control and deletion

The owner can revoke Life Ops access in their Google Account permissions. Because the current pilot does not retain event details, there is no local event archive to delete. Any local OAuth client file or future credentials can be removed by the owner. Revoking access stops future authorized reads.

Changes and contact

If Life Ops adds Gmail, Drive, event storage, scheduled reads, model processing of event content, or Calendar write access, this policy will be updated and any needed Google permission requested before use.
